Professional Experience

Arthur Perschetz serves as counsel in Baker & Daniels' insurance and financial services group where much of his practice focuses on forming captive insurers and risk retention groups. His experience in insurance-related regulatory and corporate matters and lobbying includes company and agency formation, acquisitions, sales and mergers.

Arthur also advises clients on corporate restructuring alternatives such as demutualizations and mutual holding company reorganizations as well as matters involving redomestication and a wide range of holding company issues. Additionally, he counsels clients on bank insurance sales programs, including Internet-related sales matters. Arthur has more than four decades of legal experience in the insurance industry.
