Erin O'Malley |

Public Policy Specialist


Professional Experience

Erin O'Malley is a Public Policy Specialist with B&D Consulting's health and life sciences team. She monitors health policy development on Capitol Hill and advises clients on key issues impacting their business.

Before joining B&D Consulting, Erin worked for the American Hospital Association where she advised members on key policy developments. Erin was instrumental in developing the Association's health care reform policy platform. She also conducted research and analysis of health care policy trends, legislation and regulation. Her specific areas of focus were wellness and prevention and health care disparities.

Erin has also worked on quality, health information technology and payment policy issues. She worked closely with the Hospital Quality Alliance. Erin volunteered for two years as a State Political Director of the bipartisan Women Under Forty PAC (WUFPAC). In this role, she advised state level candidates on fundraising, strategy and campaign development.
