Professional Experience
Kevin Corser has more than a decade of experience as a real estate tax consultant. Kevin's experience includes commercial, retail, residential and manufactured housing. He has served as a client contact and assisted with annual compliance filings, budgeting/forecasting and financial statement review. Kevin routinely supervised the daily tax department operations that included management of projects and process integration, payment and processing functions, departmental procedures and billings, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Recently, he was involved with computer systems integration and testing.
Before forming B&D Equity Property Tax Group, Kevin spent seven years as a senior analyst in the Chicago office of Equity Property Tax Group LLC, a subsidiary of Equity Office Properties Trust, the nation’s largest publicly held office building owner and manager with interests in 581 buildings in 16 states and the District of Columbia. Prior to that, he was senior tax coordinator for Equity Group Investments Inc., a privately held company.
