Professional Experience
Tina Beilke has more than 17 years of property tax experience in operations management, vendor contracts, client relations and negotiations. She routinely assists clients through analysis of financial statements, cash flow, cost/benefit and budget/forecasting. Tina's experience includes office, retail, apartments, franchise retail and manufactured housing. She also blends technical aptitude with computer proficiencies in system development, data conversion, systems training and administrator capacities.
Before forming B&D Equity Property Tax Group, Tina was senior property tax manager of Equity Property Tax Group, LLC, a property tax consulting firm and subsidiary of Equity Office Properties Trust in Chicago. She coordinated commercial property tax matters for clients with intermediate to high tax exposure, managing the appeal/litigation process on a $4.8 billion real estate portfolio. Tina also provided forecasting and budgeting on new acquisitions and developments and assisted with Sarbanes-Oxley and other reporting compliance.
Tina's experience includes being a tax manager at Equity Group Investments Inc. in Chicago and a property tax representative for McDonald's Corporation in Oak Brook, Ill.
